do I need the multicam ACU's?  I have both the popland and digital Camo from when I was in the marines will either of these work?  And do you have a standard weapon for the team?

You can use whatever you want while trying out for the team, but Multicam is the team uniform and all the patched players are expected to have it.  But it generally takes 3 to 6 months to make the team.  Come run with the team and see if it's a good fit for you before worrying about camo.

As for weapons, we standardize on magazines, everybody on the team with very few exceptions carries a gun that uses M4 mags.  But each persons weapon is slightly different, whatever works best for them.

Your link indicates Propper Multicam, but I have heard that True Spec was better...actually I have heard from both sides; I hear that True Spec fades BADLY after the first wash...

What are your experiences with Propper?  Price is half that of True Spec in a 2X size for Multicam.

The cut is a little bit different between the two...  Propper seems to hold it's color better...  I've been wearing mine for 3 years with no problems...  It's a personal choice, we provide a link to the propper because of the cost and bdu.com has very quick shipping to here in Middle TN...  but we've also got guys running tru-spec and love it.

Thanks JayC.  I already have a set of Tru Spec Digi-Wood, but I have yet to wash it.  But in the same size, Multicam by Tru Spec is nearly twice the price at $80+ per upper and lowers.

I will look at getting the Propper Multicam, and then start work on the kit.  Thanks again.
