If any ones looking for new boots, me and Falcon got ours at Academy Sports in Coolsprings.  They have any types from waterproof and jungle boots to steel tipped and steal spec ops.  The price can range anywhere inbetween and not exceeding $49.99 to $74.99.  they are located, in store, on the very back wall on the left when you enter.  They also have the side zipper on some and all are water resistant if not water proof and are quite comfortable.  they also can come in extra wide and  in sizes up to 15 for anyone with big feet like me.  they have about 10 different choices and I think they only come in black but i could be wrong.

Sorry for the late post,lol.

I personally would suggest the Hi-Tec brand of boot. It is a hiking boot but they are extremely water proof.

I've had my pair for about 2 year. I tested them by standing in a puddle with the water almost above the collar of the boot; it took over 5-6 minutes before I noticed any kind of wettness in my soxs.

They're like $60. They are the most comfortable pair of footwear I've ever owned. ( I would wear em to school if they weren't so damn muddy, lol)

U.S. Calvary next to main gate at Ft. Campbell.................desert boots, very comfortable, 20-30 bucks. Ive had mine for over a year, even played in them 20+ hours straight never one minute of uncomfort.
