Title: PS3 May get used again soon!!!

So I read in a game informer magazine that there is going to be a new game just for the ps3 that i may buy.....MAG. Not sure if thats an acronym or what but basically its an online multiplayer game only. Their catch for the game.............256 player wars!! They are using squads, platoons, etc. and actual ranks for the players. You have to actually have high xp to be able to apply(?) for an officers position. This looks really interesting and just might be that next big step.

for very obvious reasons. Supposedly, it is planned to come out next year. It was revealed last year during E3. It looks really good, but most players are skeptical about the lag. The new server breakthoughs supposedly will be able to support one game of 256 players all at the same time. It looks promising. I'm more than likely going to see you there Fireman. ;)

There are FPS's out there that are 256+ players already for the PC... I use to play one back in the day called Planetside...

i already plan to buy and many of my gamer comrades are as well.
